Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of J4 Group’s websites, Nash customer portal, June AI services, content preparation, approval workflows, support services, and related features (collectively, the “Service”). “J4 Group,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the legal provider identified above. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” mean the business accepting these Terms.
By creating an account, completing checkout, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Subscription, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Terms included below. If you use the Service for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
1. Eligibility and business use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The Service is offered for business use, not personal, family, or household use. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law.
2. The Service
J4 Group provides:
- Nash, a customer workspace for onboarding, information review, content review, approvals, denials, revisions, account activity, and service records; and
- June, an AI-assisted service that prepares briefings, recommendations, draft content, review-response suggestions, local opportunities, and related business support.
Features may vary by plan and may change as the Service evolves. Material reductions to a paid plan will apply prospectively and will be communicated as required by law.
3. AI-assisted services
The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated systems. AI-generated material may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review all material before approving or using it.
The Service does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, employment, medical, or other licensed professional advice. You should obtain qualified professional advice when needed.
4. Customer account and authority
You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it current. You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials;
- using appropriate access controls for authorized users;
- promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access;
- ensuring each person who approves content or account changes is authorized to act for the business; and
- the activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by J4 Group’s breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable safeguards.
J4 Group will never ask for your social-network password, payment-card number by email or support message, authenticator seed, or recovery code.
5. Customer information and content
You retain ownership of information, files, photographs, logos, menus, brand material, and other content you provide (“Customer Content”).
You grant J4 Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, modify, display, and transmit Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service for you, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the applicable Customer Content is deleted, subject to backups, legal holds, security records, and records we must retain.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for Customer Content and that its use through the Service will not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
Do not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information, payment credentials, banking credentials, employee records, customer lists, government identifiers, health information, biometric information, or private social-account credentials.
6. J4 Group materials and customer outputs
J4 Group and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, workflows, designs, templates, methods, models, prompts, documentation, trademarks, and general know-how.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, J4 Group grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use final customer-specific outputs delivered to you for your business. This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying Service, reusable templates, systems, or general methods. AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection, and J4 Group does not guarantee that any output is exclusive.
J4 Group will not use Customer Content to train an unrelated general-purpose model without separate, express permission. Service providers may process Customer Content under contracts and settings used to provide the Service.
7. Public and third-party information
The Service may use information from sources you provide and from public websites, listings, social pages, reviews, event pages, weather sources, and other public sources. Public availability does not guarantee accuracy or permission for every use. You must review factual claims and confirm that photographs, logos, music, video, testimonials, promotions, and other materials may lawfully be used.
8. Review, approval, and revisions
Customer-facing material must be approved as an exact version before J4 Group may use or publish it. You may approve an exact version or deny it with revision notes. A material revision creates a new version and requires a new approval.
Silence, inactivity, account connection, or approval of a different version does not constitute approval. J4 Group will not represent that an item was posted, delivered, or completed unless the approved version passed the applicable delivery controls and provider confirmation exists.
9. Social-account authorization and posting
Connecting a social account does not authorize a post. Social activity requires separate controls:
- you authorize J4 Group’s limited role;
- the account owner authenticates directly with the social network or approved connection provider; and
- you approve each exact text-and-visual version before posting.
J4 Group does not receive your social-network password. You may revoke provider access, but revocation may prevent future posting or status verification. Provider availability, permissions, and platform rules may affect delivery.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate law or another person’s rights;
- create or distribute deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or unlawful material;
- impersonate another person or business;
- submit material you do not have authority to use;
- send spam or communications without required consent;
- manipulate reviews, fabricate testimonials, or misrepresent business facts;
- introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with or reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits;
- bypass security, approval, billing, usage, or account controls;
- use outputs to make high-impact legal, employment, credit, housing, healthcare, or similar decisions without qualified human review and lawful authority; or
- use the Service to develop a competing model or service through automated extraction, scraping, or bulk replication.
11. Third-party services
The Service may rely on hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, monitoring, AI, social-network, and other providers. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms. J4 Group is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, but will use reasonable care in selecting and managing providers.
12. Fees and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are governed by the Subscription, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Terms below. Prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, and material restrictions will be displayed at checkout.
13. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only to perform or receive the Service. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public through no breach, already known without restriction, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source. A party may disclose information when legally required after giving notice where permitted.
14. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal information. J4 Group will use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and Service.
No system is completely secure. You are responsible for using secure devices, protecting credentials, and promptly reporting suspected compromise to support@thejune4thgroup.com.
15. Service availability and changes
J4 Group may maintain, update, or modify the Service. We may temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider failure, or misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate written service-level agreement states otherwise.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel a paid subscription as described below.
J4 Group may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay undisputed amounts, create a security risk, use the Service unlawfully, or expose J4 Group or another person to material harm. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. We may act immediately where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or protection of others.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and retained-record provisions—will survive.
17. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” J4 GROUP DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
J4 GROUP DOES NOT GUARANTEE REVENUE, SALES, CUSTOMER COUNTS, TRAFFIC, SEARCH OR SOCIAL RANKING, ENGAGEMENT, REVIEW OUTCOMES, FOLLOWER GROWTH, PLATFORM AVAILABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS RESULT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so these disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
EXCEPT FOR AMOUNTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, EACH PARTY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID OR PAYABLE BY CUSTOMER TO J4 GROUP DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limits do not apply to payment obligations, misuse of the other party’s intellectual property, breach of confidentiality, a party’s indemnification obligations, fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that law does not permit the parties to limit.
19. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify J4 Group and its affiliates, officers, and agents against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Customer Content, your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of Sections 4, 5, 9, or 10, or your violation of another person’s rights.
J4 Group will defend and indemnify you against a third-party claim that the unmodified J4 Group Service directly infringes a United States patent, copyright, or trademark, excluding claims arising from Customer Content, customer instructions, third-party services, combinations not supplied by J4 Group, or use after notice to stop. J4 Group may modify or replace the affected Service or terminate it and refund any prepaid unused fees.
The indemnified party must promptly notify the indemnifying party, provide reasonable cooperation, and allow control of the defense, provided no settlement admits fault or imposes non-monetary obligations on the indemnified party without consent.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts with jurisdiction over Dover, Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to those courts.
Before filing a claim, each party will give written notice and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution, except for urgent injunctive relief, misuse of intellectual property, security incidents, or claims that may expire sooner.
21. Notices
Legal notices to J4 Group must be sent to support@thejune4thgroup.com and 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA. We may send notices to the account email or through Nash. Electronic notices are effective when sent unless law requires another method.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance as required by law. The notice will state the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; otherwise we will request affirmative acceptance.
23. General terms
These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the Service unless a separate signed agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain effective. A waiver must be written and applies only to that instance. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except with a merger or sale of substantially all assets. J4 Group may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, except payment obligations.

Subscription, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Terms
Effective date: August 17, 2026
These terms apply to paid monthly subscriptions and form part of the J4 Group Terms of Service.
1. Plans and prices
Current standard monthly plans are:
- Starter: $99 per month;
- Growth: $199 per month; and
- Executive: $299 per month.
The plan, current price, billing frequency, included service, taxes, and renewal date will be shown at checkout. Promotions or customer-specific terms apply only when stated in writing.
2. Subscription start and recurring billing
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the subscription and first monthly billing period begin when checkout succeeds. The payment method is charged at checkout and automatically charged each month on the renewal date until the subscription is canceled.
By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan, applicable taxes, and any separately approved purchases displayed at checkout. J4 Group will provide an electronic confirmation containing the plan, amount, billing frequency, renewal date, cancellation method, and support contact.
3. Taxes
Prices exclude sales, use, excise, or similar taxes unless checkout states otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on J4 Group’s net income. J4 Group may collect taxes where required.
4. Price changes
J4 Group may change subscription prices prospectively. We will provide advance notice required by law. A price change will apply no earlier than the next renewal identified in the notice. Where required, we will obtain affirmative consent.
5. Plan changes
An upgrade may take effect immediately if the checkout or confirmation clearly states the charge and effective date. A downgrade will ordinarily take effect at the next renewal. Credits, proration, and effective dates must be displayed before confirmation. No plan change is effective until recorded in the account and confirmed.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel online through Nash before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation does not require a telephone call, retention conversation, or explanation.
After cancellation:
- future renewal stops;
- access continues through the end of the period already paid for;
- the confirmation shows the cancellation date and final access date; and
- you remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.
If an online cancellation control is unavailable, contact support@thejune4thgroup.com. J4 Group will use the verified account record and request time to resolve the cancellation without requiring a retention process.
7. Refunds and service remedies
Monthly charges are not routinely prorated or refunded after cancellation, except where required by law.
J4 Group may provide an appropriate correction, service extension, credit, or refund when:
- law requires a remedy;
- a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred;
- J4 Group cancels the Service;
- J4 Group materially failed to provide the contracted Service; or
- J4 Group missed a stated service commitment covered by an applicable written remedy.
Any monetary remedy is limited to the affected charge or documented service failure unless law requires otherwise. A remedy for one event does not create a continuing right to refunds or proration.
8. Failed payments
If a payment fails, J4 Group may retry the payment as permitted by law and provider rules, notify you, and suspend paid features after reasonable notice. You remain responsible for undisputed amounts. J4 Group will not represent a payment as successful without payment-provider confirmation.
9. Billing errors and disputes
Contact support@thejune4thgroup.com promptly with the account, invoice, charge date, and disputed amount. J4 Group will investigate the exact transaction and provide a written result. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights with a payment-card issuer or under law.
10. Termination by J4 Group
If J4 Group terminates a paid subscription for convenience rather than customer breach, J4 Group will provide an appropriate credit or refund for the documented undelivered prepaid portion. No refund is required when termination results from unlawful use, fraud, or material breach, except where law requires otherwise.
